Truenasreseller.com, a division of Techgardens, will issue a refund or exchange for items returned for defects or dissatisfaction. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse in order to be issued a refund. Your product does not have to be returned to our warehouse within 30 days, but it must be shipped (and we must receive a confirmation that it has been shipped – ie with a tracking number) within 30 days for a refund.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and there will be no refunds on shipping fees unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If an item arrives damaged or is deemed defective, we will reimburse you for the original shipping expense, upon receipt of the defective/damaged item. Damaged or defective items must be shipped ground shipment only and this is the only shipping method price that will be refunded. Any other shipment method used and the cost will not be refunded.
All products are subject to a 20% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened.

We will issue a full refund, less shipping, for any item that is returned in as new condition. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. There will be no refunds for shipping unless an item is defective or damaged.
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the item for a refund to be issued.
The item is not considered returned, nor is it eligible for a refund, until the item is in our possession. If an item is lost in transit, it is not eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from your shipper to ensure that you will be issued appropriate reimbursement should your package be lost in transit. We will not reimburse for insurance.
All returns must include the following:
- Original packaging
- Original intact UPC bar code. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code will void the return
- Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
- The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
- Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
Defective products may be returned within 30 days of the date your product left the warehouse. Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or at the sole discretion of Techgardens, Inc. Once your return is processed, and is verified to be defective, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment.Your replacement product will ship as soon as it is available. We can make no guarantees that your replacement product will arrive quickly, as it will depend on availability.
Due to manufacturer’s policies, certain items sold on our website may only be returned to the manufacturer. In most cases, your product will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. The manufacturer will request the following information: Date of purchase, Serial number, manufacturer part number. Refunds will be issued by Techgardens, Inc. upon successful return of the product and verification from the manufacturer.
Software and License downloads are not returnable and not eligible for a refund.
Orders will typically be filled within one business day. A shipment notification will be sent to the buyer when the shipment has left for delivery. Once an item has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time prior to shipment confirmation being sent.
